Prospective employees are initially interviewed by our Human Resource manager. Applicants selected for a second interview are given a profile survey that measures integrity, substance abuse, reliability, and work ethic. We conduct a criminal history check on every employee. As well as, provide a mandatory drug screening service to customers who require it. Random drug screening is done as needed should there be a reasonable suspicion that an employee may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. All employees are provided a company photo I.D. card, which they are required to wear at all times while at work. Employees are also uniformed for appearance and identification purposes.
